Refund / Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person or to a future conference. 8808163 Canada Inc reserves right to cancel event. In the event of cancellation by 8808163 Canada Inc only the cost of the conference registration shall be refunded.

 

Terms & Conditions

Charges will appear on your credit card statement as Vendini Inc. All charges are in Canadian Dollars.  Tickets will be emailed to you at time of registration are required to gain entrance to event.

 

Refund Policy

NOTICE TO TICKET HOLDER: NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES – EVENT TIME AND DATE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

WARNING – Ticketholder assumes all risk, liability and responsibility for injuries sustained while on the premises, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. 8808163 Canada Inc. and their respective partners, officers, employees, agents and players are expressly released by ticket user from claims arising from or in any way with said use. This ticket is a revocable license granting the holder the right to attend the event indicated subject to compliance with event management’s rules and regulations. This license may be terminated and admission denied or the holder removed from the building if the holder acts in a disorderly manner or violates any of management’s rules and regulations. Any person(s) who resells or attempts to resell this ticket on the event premises will be removed without compensation. Ticketholder agrees not to engage in photography, videotaping or reproduction of the event in any form, unless such photography, videotaping or reproduction is specifically permitted for the particular event; if such photography or reproduction is permitted, ticketholder agrees not to engage in the sale of such photography, videotaping or reproduction of the event in any form. Violation will automatically terminate this license. Ticketholder grants permission to 8808163 Canada Inc. and their respective affiliates and agents to utilize holders’ image or likeness. The following items may not be brought into the event: cans, bottles, coolers, plastic beverage containers, food and beverages, video cameras, helium balloons, pets (other than service animals), laser pointers/pens, sticks (including those on pennants or flags) or weapons of any sort. Due to the LIVE nature of the event, it is not possible to warrant against technical difficulties and 8808163 Canada Inc. and their respective affiliated entities reserve the right to cancel, delay or cut short the event due to uncontrollable circumstances.

 

Attendance at this event is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
